I went to the Artcraft theater in Franklin, IN on Saturday to attend the monthly IndyFlickr meetup. I didn’t know anything about the place, and was surprised to see how cool it was- built in 1922 as a vaudeville house, it’s still in operation today. There’s scads of neon- all working!- and the seats and projection equipment are all in good repair. It’s maintained by volunteers from the local historical society. Well worth a visit.
Here’s a link to the the entire set.
