It’s been 2 months since i wrote this, and nothing has changed. Talking to Dell is like talking to the dirt in the back yard. I get absolutely *no response* from any online forms.
Here’s my new mantra:
I will not buy Dell.

I will not buy Dell.
Make it yours, as well, for the New Year.
I’m not in the market right now, but what would you recommend instead?
All of my PCs so far have been Dells, but I’ll take your word for it.
What do you think about switching to a Mac?
I’d say go for it: if you’re not tied irrevocably to a specific windows app, right now Macs are looking better and better to me.
Since I am unfortunately tied to Windows, I’m going to look at an HP or Toshiba notebook.
