Here’s the best hamburger recipe I know:
3 lbs ground beef
1 packet Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Mix it all up well, and form into 6 – 8 patties, sear on the grill to lock the juices in, then cook more slowly until done through.
Serve on fresh bun of your choice.
I haven’t used that moniker in so, so many years.
